This is a solid little IR thermometer. You can tell it’s built for the field - not cheap plastic like some other brands. Easy to operate with gloves on. Great for quick diagnostics in electrical maintenance.

Accurate and easy to use
We use the 62 MAX to monitor equipment temperatures in our greenhouse operation. It’s accurate and consistent. The laser targeting is handy, and it’s survived a few accidental drops already.

Tough little unit for HVAC jobs
I’ve had this clipped to my belt for over a year - let me down. Great for quick surface temp checks on motors, ducts, and panels. Small enough to carry everywhere but still Fluke-tough.
