OUR PROCESS
Ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
STEP 01:
Instrument Arrives
Instrument arrives by driver, customer drop-off, shipping, or sales.
STEP 02:
Equipment Processing
Test instrument and paperwork is processed and then delivered to the lab for service.
STEP 03:
Lab Service
Equipment is repaired and/or calibrated and cleaned. Customer is contacted if any issues arise.
STEP 04:
Quality Assurance
Paperwork is checked, operations are done, and cleanliness is inspected. Any errors go back to the lab until it’s approved.
STEP 05:
Final Paperwork
Fileroom processes paperwork, the test instrument is delivered to the finish room, and A/R invoicing prepares billing paperwork.
