What types of instruments do you sell and service?

We offer and service a wide range of instruments, including pressure gauges, temperature sensors, multimeters, gas detectors, torque wrenches, and more.

Do you offer rentals for instruments?

Yes, we provide a rental fleet of various instruments, including gas detection equipment, pressure calibrators, and electrical testing tools and more. Contact us at rentals@bhd.ca or 1.800.565.3317 for availability and pricing.

Can you repair damaged instruments?

Yes, we offer repair services for many types of instruments. If a repair is needed, and can be done in house, our technicians will assess the instrument and provide a quote before proceeding.

How can I schedule calibration for my instrument?

Arranging calibration for your equipment is easy with these three options:

  1. Contact Us Directly: Call us at 1.800.565.3317 or email calibration@bhd.ca to discuss your needs.
  2. Submit an Online RMA Form: Simply fill out the form at www.bhd.ca/rmaform.php and ship your equipment to us with a printed copy included in your box.
  3. Visit Us In Person: Drop off your equipment at any of our three convenient locations. No appointment needed.

Is a purchase order (PO) required to process my order?

No, a purchase order (PO) is not required to process your order. You can send or drop off your equipment without one, and we will proceed with the calibration. However, please note that BHD cannot release your equipment until a form of payment has been provided.

Is a Service Order or RMA number necessary for calibrating my equipment?

No, an RMA is not required, but we highly recommend filling one out and including a printed copy in the box with your shipment. If you choose not to complete an RMA, we ask that you at least provide the following contact information: name, company, email, phone number, and return address.

How do I arrange payment?

If you already sent a valid payment method with your order with a valid shipping address and shipping method there is nothing you need to do. If there is not a valid payment method one of our customer service advisors will reach out about next steps.

What is the typical turnaround time for calibration?

The standard turnaround time for calibration is approximately 5 business days, though this may vary slightly. For urgent needs, we offer an expedited premium service at an additional cost, allowing your equipment to leave our lab in as little as 48 hours.

Do you offer on-site calibration?

Yes, we provide on-site calibration services across the country with our mobile calibration labs to minimize downtime and ensure convenience. To request a quote, contact us at calibration@bhd.ca or call 1.800.565.3317.

Do you offer warranties on the instruments you sell?

Yes, most of the instruments we sell come with manufacturer warranties. Please contact us for warranty details on specific products.
