Payment Options
BHD Instrumentation accepts a variety of payment methods to meet your business needs. If a preferred payment method isn’t available, please contact us (accounting@BHD.ca) and we’ll work to find a solution. Accepted major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cheque are also accepted.
Pricing
Prices on the website are subject to change without notice and are valid only for orders placed online. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs and are FOB our warehouse. In the event of a pricing error, we will make every effort to honor the advertised or quoted price; However, in cases where this isn’t possible, we retain the right to refuse an order.
Return Policy:
Standard Return Policy
Eligible* items may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase for full refund, with all products to be approved by BHD before return. Products must be in as-new condition, unused, and complete of all parts, accessories, promotional items, and documentation. The returnee is responsible for any and all freight to BHD and/or vendor, while original in-bound freight, delivery charges for products, and calibration services are non-refundable. Any restocking fees and charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund. Shipping costs and fees on incorrect orders (deemed BHD error) will be covered by BHD. BHD retains the right to refuse the return of any ineligible item(s).
*Eligible items are BHD stocked inventory and/or up-to-date products.
Return Policy Exception
Eligible items returned within thirty-one (31) – ninety (90) calendar days of purchase are subject to minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, and further restocking fees and charges from vendors may apply. Items returned within thirty-one (31) – ninety (90) calendar days may be subject to Calibration Recertification (by BHD, or other) at a flat rate of $99 CAD, with costs to be deducted from return. Return refunds will be issued when all associated fees and processing costs have been applied. Order cancellations may be subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Exceptions:
Custom ordered and specially manufactured products are non-returnable (as noted on Sales Orders), as are Sale items from our Rental or Demonstration departments.
Software downloads and/or upgrades, manufacturers discontinued products, consumables, and gas products are also deemed non-refundable. Non-stocked items may be refused by vendor for refund.
